7 Roses Studios offers the following production options when placing an order:
In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one business day will be added to the shipping times.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- 7 Roses Studios will always act to craft bag making and clothing products and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall 7 Roses Studios be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
- All 7 Roses Studios customers agree not to hold 7 Roses Studios liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond 7 Roses Studios's direct control.
- 7 Roses Studios shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
- 7 Roses Studios will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, or technical problems may delay the bag making and clothing production or shipping processes. In case of delays in the production or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the bag making and clothing production or shipping processes.
- All 7 Roses Studios customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on goods shipped to their respective locations. Customers are responsible for making arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

7Roses Studios takes pride in crafting durable, high-quality, upcycled gear and clothing. Because each piece is custom-made or created from unique upcycled materials, our store policies reflect the artisan nature of our work.
Final Sale & No Returns
All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, handmade, and limited-run nature of our upcycled bags, utility apparel, and accessories, 7Roses Studios does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed and fulfilled.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a specific item or fit, feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering.
Craftsmanship Guarantee & Defects
While we do not accept returns, we stand firmly behind the quality and durability of our construction.
If your item arrives with a structural defect or flaw in the stitching resulting from our craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Local Repair & Maintenance Services
Instead of disposable manufacturing, 7Roses Studios builds gear designed to last. To support the longevity of your upcycled pieces:
Local Repair Support: We offer repair and reinforcement services for structural wear and tear on all 7Roses Studios bags, vests, and apparel.
Drop-Off & Service: For customers in our local area, repairs can be coordinated directly or dropped off at designated local meetups/events. For mail-in repairs, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio.
